Manual Login PDMP
If you are using Manual Login, you will need to have an account set up to access states' individual websites for PDMP. If you do not have an account set up already, you can create one from a link on the state's PDMP Login page.
- Click the PDMP link below the patient name.
- Click the PDMP toggle to confirm that you are directly involved in the care of the patient and have received their consent to view PDMP information.
- Click a State Name link to view that state's PDMP information directly.
NOTE: Links for the patient's home state and surrounding states display by default. Click the Show All States checkbox to display links for every state.
- Enter Login Email and Password to review a state's PDMP information or click Create Account if you have not already registered.
NOTE: The appearance of individual state Login pages may vary.
Automated PDMP
Automated PDMP services are available through Bamboo Health (Formerly Appriss Health). This is a way to quickly pull in PDMP information for your patient without having to manually search a state's PDMP database. If you haven't registered for automated services, NewCrop will provide a link to the Bamboo Health PDMP Integration Request page.
- Click the PDMP Link below the patient name.
- Click the PDMP toggle to confirm that you are directly involved in the care of the patient and have received their consent to view PDMP information.
- Click the Bamboo PDMP Reporting button.
NOTE: Bamboo Health (Formerly Appriss Health) supports PDMP integration.
- If you are registered for automated PDMP with Bamboo Health, a new window opens with the patient's PDMP results. If you are not registered, click the Bamboo Sign Up button to start the process.
NOTE: If you are registered but receive a PDMP Log In Error, you will need to update your PDMP credentials in NewCrop before you can access your patient's information.
