Should you need change or update your password, you have the ability to reset it yourself. There are a few ways to do this. You can reset your password from any screen after you log in. If you work in multiple locations, you can also reset your password during the login process.

Reset Password from Any Screen
You have the ability to change or update your password from any screen when logged in to NewCrop.
- Click on Your Name in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Click Reset Password from the drop-down list.
- Fill in Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password fields in the Reset Password window.
- Click the Reset Password button.
NOTE: Your New Password must be at least eight characters and contain at least one number and one unusual character.
Reset Password from Login Screen (Multiple Locations Only)
If you work in multiple locations, you can also reset your password during the log in process.
- Enter your case-sensitive Username and Password in the Login Window.
- Click the Login button or press Enter on the keyboard.
- Click the Reset Password button from the Select Location window.
NOTE: This is only an option if you work in multiple locations. If you do not work in multiple locations, you can reset your password from any screen after you log in.
- The Reset Password window opens. Fill in the Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
- Click the Reset Password button.
