Removed Butrans, Belbuca, and Buprenex from the NADEAN preselection process. These drugs do not require NADEA to prescribe and have been removed from this workflow. Users will no longer be stopped while prescribing these drugs without an NADEA.
Added support for users prescribing buprenorphine-based drugs for reasons outside of addiction treatment. Users without an NADEA are still alerted, but may now prescribe these drugs using their standard DEA numbers for pain control or other purposes.
