The Status Page displays any failed Rxs. use the Status Page to ensure all patients get their medications and to verify there weren’t any failed transmissions. Remember, the status page should be empty at the end of each day, when possible.
In NewCrop, click on the Status Bar at the top of the screen:
Click on the patients name in the failed section:
This will open up Rx Details page and will remove this failure on the Status Page. If the Rx needs to be resent, Click “ReTransmit Batch”, then click “Transmit Rx/Add to Record”. This will retransmit the Rx to the pharmacy.
If the Rx does not need to be resent, click on the status bar again to return to the Status Page. Continue this process to remove all failures.
If Rxs are continuing to fail, please do a Reported Failed Transmission. Once received NewCrop will research further. Also be sure to reach out to your EMR/EHR vendor for assistance.
