Exostar - 404 Server Error During Registration

If provider sees the following error during registration, the provider will need to allow cookies on their browser.

Internet Explorer

1. Click Start > Control Panel. (Note: with Windows XP Classic View, click the Windows Start button > Settings > Control Panel).
2. Double-click the Internet Options icon.
3. Click the Privacy tab.
4. Click the Advanced button.
5. Select the option 'Override automatic cookie handling' under the Cookies section in the Advanced Privacy Settings window.
6. Select the 'Accept' or 'Prompt' option under 'First-party Cookies.'
7. Select the 'Accept' or 'Prompt' option under 'Third-party Cookies.' (Note: if you select the 'Prompt' option, you'll be prompted to click OK every time a website attempts to send you a cookie.)
8. In the Internet Options window, click OK to exit.

Google Chrome

1. At the top right, click the More button, then Settings.
2. At the bottom, click Advanced.
3. Under "Privacy and security," click Content settings.
4. Click Cookies.
5. Turn off Block third-party cookies.

Apple Safari

1. Go to Safari › Preferences.
2. Click Privacy.
3. For Cookies and website data, select Always allow.

Mozilla Firefox

1. At the top right, click the Menu button, then Options.
2. Click Privacy & Security.
3. Under History, set the drop-down menu next to Firefox will to Remember History.

Microsoft Edge

1. At the top right, click the Menu button, then Settings.
2. Click View Advanced Settings.
3. Set Cookies to Don't block cookies.
