Log in using the URL provided for your secure direct login account and type in your username and password. Click on the location name:
To search for a patient, type in the last name of the person and click “Search”. If already added, the name will display in the list of active patients. If the patient is not found, ] click on the link, “Click here to add a patient”:
Once in the Patient Details tab, add all the patient's demographics and add them to the data base. The following are required fields: DOB, First name, Last name, Gender, complete address and phone number.
Once completed click “Save”.
Once saved, the patient’s name will now appear in the top left corner, confirming the patient has been added. Either continue with this patient or search for another patient.
To assign a pharmacy to a patient, click on the Pt Details tab, then click Modify List:
You can either check the box to the left of the pharmacy you see in your list or you can search for a pharmacy using name, city, state etc. Click “Save Changes”:
When searching for a pharmacy; type in the pharmacy first name, city and state, click Search All Pharmacies. Once the pharmacy is found, click the box to the left and click “Save Changes”:
The pharmacy is updated with changes:
This pharmacy will display on the Compose Rx screen as well as default on the Transmit page:
