On the Compose Rx tab, type in the name of the medication and find the appropriate strength: 
The Sig Edit screen will open:
Create the prescription as needed then click Save Rx:
Click the button to ”Transmit/Prescribe” button:
On the Transmit Page, choose appropriate pharmacy and then click “Transmit Rx/Add to Record” to electronically submit the Rx to the pharmacy:
The Rx will then be transmitted to the pharmacy. The Receipt Page confirms transmission:
Click on the Compose Rx tab (2nd tab from the left) to see this medication in the patient's Current Medication list:
