A provider should only have ONE Exostar account. If a provider has existing Exostar credentials, NewCrop can copy those credentials to any additional accounts by following the steps below. The provider will use the same hardware token and the same instance of the Authy app.
The provider does not have to pay again! Alert NewCrop BEFORE the provider attempts this in the additional account so the payment information can be updated to match the original payment date.
Copying Exostar credentials to the new account
In the additional account, have the provider go to the Admin Tab and click to the Exostar registration link. Provider enters the same name, address and email address used in the original Exostar registration. Click Save.
Choose the location for shipping the hardware token*. Click Order Token and Continue Registration.
*No additional token is ordered or shipped to the provider.
The provider will see the following message. NewCrop will receive an automated message alerting of the possibility of an existing Exostar account.
NewCrop Customer Support will verify the Exostar information and copy the Exostar credentials to the additional account. Once this is completed, NewCrop Customer Support will email confirmation that the credentials have been copied over. The provider is now able to transmit controlled Rxs immediately in the additional account.
