To answer a controlled Rx renewal request, answer as appropriate (accept, deny and rewrite).
To Accept the renewal request Click Accept.
Type in your EPCS PIN and then click Validate PIN.
Choose your OTP delivery method (hardware token, app/app via push notification) and enter.
Click Sign Rx if you are manually entering the OTP.
