To add a Dx code to a patient, then assign the Dx to an Rx, please follow the steps below.
When logged into NewCrop, click on the patients name, now click on the Diagnoses Tab:
Click Add Diagnosis:
Type in the Dx code or the name then click search:
Click on the one that you are needing for your patient, then click Add diagnosis:
Once you have added a Diagnosis code to a patient, you can now add this Dx code to any Rx as needed. Create an Rx, click the dropdown window in the lower left-hand corner, select a Dx code. Once completed click Save Rx.
The pharmacy will now receive the Rx electronically with the DX code assigned to the prescription. You will see this as well on the receipt page:
