Assign Patient Pharmacies (NewCrop v2)

Quickly add a new pharmacy to the Patient Pharmacies list.

Assign Patient Pharmacies

1. Click the Add button above the Patient Pharmacies list from the Pt Details tab. 
   
   
   
2. Enter details such as Name, City and State to find a specific pharmacy. 
3. Click Search.
   
   
   
4. Click the Select button to the left of the pharmacy you would like to assign to the patient.
   
5. The selected pharmacy displays on the Patient Pharmacies list at the top of the page.
