Select Patient Pharmacy (NewCrop v2)

You may have multiple pharmacy options assigned to a patient. Use the Pharmacy drop-down to select the pharmacy where prescriptions will be sent from the list of Patient Pharmacies. The Pharmacy drop-down displays the name, complete address, phone number, and fax number for each pharmacy on the patient's assigned pharmacy list. Access the Pharmacy drop-down from the Compose Rx, Med Entry, Supplies, Pt. Details and Problems tabs. 

Select Patient Pharmacy

1. Click the Pharmacy drop-down to display the patient's pharmacies.
   
   
   
2. Click on a Pharmacy to select that pharmacy.
   
   
   The name of the selected pharmacy displays in the Pharmacy drop-down.
