Cancel EPCS Subscription (NewCrop v2)

Cancel your EPCS subscription in the subscription services section of the Admin tab. If you need to change the credit card you are using for EPCS subscription payments, you must first cancel the EPCS subscription, then add a new EPCS Subscription Payment method. 

IMPORTANT: You must cancel your EPCS subscription in order to stop EPCS subscription payment charges on your card. If you do not cancel, the card will continue to be charged.

 

Cancel EPCS Subscription

  1. Click the EPCS Subscription link in the Subscription Services section on the Admin tab.

  2. Click the Cancel button in the Auto-Renew column for the user you are canceling the subscription for.

  3. Click the Yes, Cancel Subscription button in the Cancel EPCS Subscription window.
