Document Administration Information on the Rx Details Page (NewCrop v2)

Document and view administration information for any medication on the Rx Details page. You have the option to enter lot number, administration date, expiration date, manufacturer, site, and the name of the staff that administered the medication. 

Document Administration Information on the Rx Details Page

1. Navigate to the Rx Details page.
   
   • From the Active Medications List: Click the Drop-Down on the Edit button and select Detail.
     
     
     
   • From the Previous Medications List: Click the Detail button.
     
     
     
2. Scroll down to the Administration Information section. You have the option to enter:
   
   • Lot Number
   • Administration Date 
   • Expiration Date
   • Administered By (the name of the staff that administered the medication)
   • Manufacturer
   • Site
3. Click the Save button.
