Check the status of a previously submitted ePA request using the ePA link from within NewCrop. NewCrop offers ePA connectivity to both Surescripts and CoverMyMeds.
- Click the ePA link at the top of the screen.
- Select either SureScripts ePA or CoverMyMeds ePA to connect to your preferred ePA provider.
- Your preferred ePA provider will launch in a new tab and display the status of all submitted ePAs.
