PDMP Log In Error (NewCrop v2)

If you have registered for automated PDMP services and receive an error when trying to access a patient's PDMP information, this means you need to update your PDMP credentials in NewCrop. To fix this error, confirm your PDMP credentials with Bamboo, then re-enter your credentials in NewCrop under the Admin tab.

Fix a PDMP Log In Error

1. When you click the Bamboo PDMP Reporting button, an Error message displays.  
   
   
   
2. Contact Bamboo to confirm your PDMP credentials. 
3. Click the PDMP Sign Up link in the Added Services Registration section of the Admin tab.
   
4. Re-enter Practice Credentials.
5. Click the Save button.
